Mom's Cranberry Dressing
A delightfully fresh and tart cranberry relish courtesy of Tim's mom! <3
- 1 c Water
- 1/8 c (or less!) Sugar
- 12-16 oz Whole Cranberries
- Bring the water & sugar to a boil.
- Add the cranberries and return to a boil.
- Reduce heat to between medium and medium-high.
- Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the cranberries have popped open. The longer they cook, the thicker the sauce.
- Cool, pour into bowl, and refrigerate until serving.
